The lock does not lock after installing, except for using the key. Please make sure the spindle on the exterior knob is in the horizontal position when installing. If the lock is not fully unlocked after installing or using for a period of time, please make sure to install the latch that came with the lock and adjust it to 70mm. If the lock won't connect to the app, ensure that bluetooth is on. If it still does not connect, reset the lock following the user manual. If the lock cannot recognize your fingerprint well, try placing your finger at different angles during programming to ensure a larger area is scanned.

Does it work with Alexa/Google Assistant? A Tuya Bluetooth gateway is required. Add the gateway to the app first, then pair it with the lock to remotely unlock it.
