Product Description: How to Add the Gateway?

Before connecting the gateway to the lock, please ensure that the gateway is not moved after a successful connection. Ideally, the distance between the gateway and the locks should be within 32ft.

1. Activate the Wi-Fi on your smartphone and connect to a Wi-Fi network (only 2.4 GHz supported).
2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone, log in to your TTLock account, access TTLock, tap on the Upper Left corner, select Gateway, click on the "+" sign, and choose the Gateway Type: G2 Wi-Fi.
3. Follow the prompts: Reconnect the power to the Gateway, observe the indicator light flashing red and blue, tap Next, allow the App to search for the gateway, tap "+", choose a Wi-Fi network, enter the Wi-Fi password (ensure it is the same network your smartphone is connected to), name the gateway, and confirm.
4. If the connection is unsuccessful, plug in both the gateway and the lock, wait for 10 minutes, and try reconnecting.
