To add the gateway to the lock, follow these steps carefully:

1. Turn on the WiFi on your smartphone and connect to a 2.4ghz WiFi network.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and log in to the TTLock account. Navigate to the Gateway section and click on the "+" icon to add a G2 WiFi gateway.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect the power for the Gateway. Once the indicator light on the gateway flashes red and blue, click "Next" to allow the app to search for the gateway. Select your WiFi network, enter the password, and assign a name to the gateway.
4. If there are connectivity issues, plug in both the gateway and the lock and wait for 10 minutes to establish a connection.

How to work with Alexa:

1. Ensure that your gateway is successfully added to the TTLock system.
2. Open the Alexa app and go to More > Skills & Games. Search for TTLock and click on ENABLE TO USE. Log in to your TTLock account and authorize access.
3. Navigate to Locks, select the lock, and access the Settings menu. Enable Unlock via app and Unlock via voice code.

Note: If your TTLock account is tied to your phone number, be sure to include the country code (+1) when adding it to Alexa (e.g. +113424204320).
